Same Day Cancellation and Same Day Rescheduling Policy: In the event of a same-day cancellation or reschedule, a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service will be applied. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked service. A client will be considered a no-show if they arrive 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time. Refunds & adjustments: Due to product & time, refunds are not available. Should you wish to have a color or cut adjustment please let Kyla know within 7 days of your original appointment, after 7 days regular pricing will be effective. Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your appointment time, you will forfeit your appointment completely and be charged the No-show fee. Payments: All fees must be paid in full before booking your next appointment and do not apply towards future appointments. Kyla Grow Hair accepts card, cash & Venmo.
